Barline
Last updated September 25, 2026
Who we are
Barline is made by Dineth Hettiarachchi, an independent developer in Sri Lanka. Questions: support@zaidanlabs.com.
Your music
You may only import sheet music you own or have the right to use, such as your own compositions, public-domain works, or scores you bought for your personal use. Imported music stays private to your account. We never share, sell or publish it.
Free pieces
The free pieces in Discover are public-domain works engraved for Barline. You may practice them as much as you like.
Credits
Credits are one-time purchases made through the App Store. One credit turns one page of a PDF or photo into playable notes. Credits don't expire and can't be exchanged for money. If a page can't be read, its credit is returned. Refunds go through Apple.
Fair use of the app
Don't use Barline to copy, share or sell music you don't have rights to, and don't try to break or reverse-engineer the app or its services.
No guarantees
Barline turns printed music into notes automatically, and it can make mistakes. Check the score before you rely on it. The app is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
If these terms change, this page will show the new date. Continuing to use Barline means you accept the update.
Ithaca
Last updated September 30, 2026 (version v1)
About these terms
These terms are between you and Zaidan Labs LLC. You accept them in your account before downloading Ithaca. They cover the Ithaca apps, your Zaidan account and your subscription.
Who we are
Ithaca is made by Zaidan Labs LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. Questions: support@zaidanlabs.com.
Your account
Your Ithaca account is for you alone. You can sign it in on up to three computers. Keep your sign-in safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Paying for Ithaca
Ithaca is a subscription, at the price shown at checkout. If a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until it ends. You can cancel anytime and keep Ithaca until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow zaidanlabs.com/refunds. Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders; Paddle handles questions about payment and returns.
Your AI plans
Ithaca runs AI agents such as Claude Code and Codex on your computers, using your own accounts with those companies. You pay them directly and follow their terms. Zaidan Labs doesn't resell their service and isn't responsible for what their agents do.
Your data
Your conversations with the agents stay on your own computers. Zaidan Labs stores your account and the names of your signed-in computers. Unless you turn them off in Settings › Privacy, Ithaca also sends crash reports (the error, the app's recent log with keys hidden, and versions) and counts of which features you use, never the text of your messages. A problem you report includes a screenshot, the app's log with keys hidden, and a thread only if you tick it. Details: zaidanlabs.com/privacy.
Your work
What you and your agents make with Ithaca is yours.
Fair use
Please don't share your account, resell Ithaca, or use it to break the law or anyone else's terms.
Your feedback
Ideas and suggestions you send about Ithaca are ours to use freely, without paying you or naming you.
Your employer
Your subscription is yours. Using Ithaca for your employer's work doesn't give your employer any rights to Ithaca.
Updates
Zaidan Labs may release updates to Ithaca. They install automatically. We can't promise that any particular feature will be added or kept.
No guarantees
Ithaca is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be free of errors or work with every agent, computer or operating system. To the extent the law allows, Zaidan Labs is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using Ithaca, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Ithaca in the three months before a claim.
Ending
You can stop using Ithaca anytime. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
The law
Wyoming law applies, and any dispute goes to the courts in Wyoming.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, Ithaca asks you to accept the new version before your next download or new computer. The date at the top shows the latest version.
