14-day refunds

If you're not happy with Flick, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

How to ask

Request a refund at paddle.net using the email from your receipt, or email support@zaidanlabs.com and we'll process it. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and go back to the payment method you used.
